Cucumber cocktail, white and green color combination for St. Patrick’s Day

1. Aloe Verde

Aloe Verde cocktail


1-ounce Don Julio Blanco tequila
½ ounce Manzana Apple liqueur
½ ounce Amaro Nonino
3/4 lime juice (strained and free of pulp, unpasteurized)
2 dashes Bittered Sling Shanghai Rhubarb bitters
1-pinch kosher salt

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Double strain neat into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a swath of lime peel on the side of the glass.

2. Latin Dahlia

1.5 ounce Don Julio Blanco tequila
½ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 lime juice (strained and free of pulp, unpasteurized)
3/4 pineapple syrup
2 dashes Bittered Sling Moondog bitters

Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker, shake for 5 – 7 seconds. Double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple triangle and pineapple leaves.

3/4 ounce Don Julio Blanco tequila
3/4 ounce Los Siete Misterios “Doba-Yej” mezcal
1-ounce celery juice (strained and free from pulp, unpasteurized)
1-ounce lime juice (strained and free from pulp, unpasteurized)
1-ounce Giffard Ginger syrup
3-ounce Driftwood Gose-uh beer (or equivalent)
2 dashed Bittered Sling Cascade Celery bitters

Add all ingredients except the beer to a shaker, add ice, and shake for 5–7 seconds. Double strain over ice in a polished Collins glass. Top with beer, and garnish with celery and mint.
